How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days within the U.S. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future — if you're outside the U.S. and interested, let us know through our Contact page. We'd love to hear from you.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Simply contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll send you clear instructions and a return label. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in which case we'll cover everything. We know this isn't ideal, and it's something we'd love to change as we grow.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no back and forth, no runaround. We stand behind the quality of every piece we send out.

How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements in centimeters. We recommend measuring a piece you already love and comparing it to our chart. When in between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a more comfortable, flattering fit.
What sizes do you carry?

Do your clothes run true to size?
